Our customers enjoy free shipping on domestic orders over $100. We also offer other shipping choices for expedited delivery.

Within the continental U.S. Orders $50+ that are being shipped within US territory, but are outside the Continental United States; i.e., Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico etc. can select a flat $8.95 shipping fee at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information and link to track your order in real-time.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays. In stock items can ship as soon as the same day if your order is placed before 10 am EST. This is not guaranteed.
We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons and storewide sales, orders may take 2 to 4 business days for processing.
Pre-Order items will be fulfilled as soon as they are recieved around the time estimated in the listing.
Custom Items such as rugs and certain apparel items, will ship when they arrive and you will be notified. Time estimates will be projected in the listing.

We use UPS, USPS, and DHL for domestic Standard Shipping.
Next Day and 2nd Day Air Saver orders are shipped by UPS.
To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.
We offer shipping to international addresses via UPS. Free Standard Shipping is not available on international orders.
Here’s what we suggest doing:
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Ask your neighbors if they accepted your delivery
- Check again the end of the next day
- Contact the shipping carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811), UPS (1-800-742-5877), or DHL (1-800-225-5345)
We are not responsible for lost orders through a mail carrier.

If you order a custom made to order item there are no returns.
You may exchange your purchase for store credit within 14 business days if you are unhappy with your item.
If you recieve damaged items we will accept them back and exchange them for you immediately.
